Both legal counsels with broad experience as operational and executive manager.
As a result, we know as no other that legal help only has true value if operational, financial and strategic aspects are taken into account and a clear translation is made from legal theory to specific actions.
Our help mostly has a legal starting point, but followed shortly by specific, concrete and practical strategic and operational suggested actions.

A cooperation started in 2020 in 'Koetshuis Hoog Wolde' in Baarn, the Netherlands. Currently our office is in Laren.
Leonie Belonje
After several executive positions, among which CHRO at USG People / RGF Staffing, responsible for HR, Legal and Social Affairs, Leonie started in 2020 as an independent advisor in the field of Legal and Strategic HR, including co-determination, employment law and employment relations.
She has extensive experience in program management of complex (legal) files and the design and execution of reorganisations and restructurings, co-determination processes, negotiations with trade unions (including Collective Labour Agreement negotiations) and strategic HR.
Leonie is a member of the board of directors of Start Foundation en member of the supervisory board of Acture Group.

Philip Zanders
Philip started in 2000 as corporate/M&A lawyer with an international ‘top tier’ law firm. As from 2007 active as ab independent lawyer, (interim) general counsel and (interim) manager.
Always worked in dynamic and multidisciplinairy environments, including at DSM, Liberty Global, KPN, USG People and Recruit Global Staffing.
After 20 years jaar as a corporate lawyer and interim (general) counsel, started in 2000 as independent legal, management and strategic advisor/counsel.
Specialised in M&A, corporate law, contracting, due diligence, governance, risk and compliance, corporate affairs, joint ventures, investments and restructuring.

For years we have been the receiver of expert legal advice which we had to translate for the stakeholders and place in the wide range of financial, operational and strategic aspects and interests.
We our help these steps are no longer necessary: our help has a legal starting point, but shortly after follows specific, concrete strategic and operational actions with taking into account all relevant (business) aspects.

As a result of our 20+ years of management and in-house counsel experience, we know as no other that legal aspects are of course of importance, but other aspects are also relevant and essential for a business, such as operational, strategic and financial aspects.
